1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Products that have been installed, altered, or damaged may not be returned.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and condition, with all tags attached.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Personalized or custom-made items
    • Sale or clearance items
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable products
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at via any of the methods on the Contact Us page.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your return.
  • We will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
3. Return Shipping
  • For eligible returns, we cover the return shipping costs. A prepaid return label will be provided.
  • If the item is being returned due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
  • Returns on all items are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.

5. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange. We will guide you through the process and send the new item as soon as we receive the returned item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately through our Contact Us page with a description and photos of the issue.
We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference.
