Description Fitment Guide

OSIR Design replacement double sided carbon fiber hood for the 2006-2009 VW Golf, GTI, R32 and Jetta MkV. Version RS (Racer choice) made with 3 layers of 3K carbon for the outer shield. Full 12K carbon for the inside structure. Double sided vacuum infused premium carbon fiber with choice of a High Gloss finish or the SE Matte finish. Ships oversized freight.

Painted red sides in the pictures are custom painted and for example only. Entire hood is gloss black carbon fiber.

Forge intake pipe

Some slight modifications to the car and the cold air heat shield was needed but otherwise it fit great. Can really hear her breath now!

Very nice!

Love my new side markers - very clean looking and unique in how they flash when turning left or right. The only suggestion I’d make is provide instructions for both installing them and for being very careful with the wire once you disconnect the old light housing Left side went in ok, but I lost the right side into the fender black hole which required me to remove the tire and unscrew most of the lining so I could find the wire!

Works great

I’m using these in my 8J TT with some Defi gauges. It requires some disassembly of the stock pods to use with these pod adapters, which was the most complicated part of install. Works great. The pod adapters push the gauges out a little further than the photos represent but I found it acceptable.

Have had one of these on my 8J TT RS for a few years now. Works great. Installation takes just a few minutes. I only needed to use one of the three available tap ports; I used blue loctite to help ensure the plugs don’t back out (or fall in).
